Q:  What are your daytime opening hours? 

A:  Tuesday - Saturday                    9.00am - 3.00pm            


Q:  What are your evening opening hours?

A:  Wednesday - Saturday              6.00pm - 11.00pm      (last food orders before 9.30pm)

Q:  Do you take group bookings?

A:  Small groups, private parties and celebrations can be catered for when booked in advance.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements, we're happy to help.

Q:  Are children welcome in the restaurant?

A:  Children are very welcome during the daytime (please note pushchairs may have to be kept outside due to space restrictions).  In the evenings, children are welcome by arrangement between 6pm - 8pm only.

Q:  Is there a smoking area?

A:  There is a garden area at the back of the Spinning Wheel and ashtrays are provided for smokers there.  In the garden there is also a shelter that can be used in case of inclement weather.

Q:  Is there parking?

A:  There is no daytime car parking at the Spinning Wheel, however there is plenty of public car parking areas in the town centre - see separate page on Getting Here.  In the evenings (after 6.30pm) our customers have exclusive use of the parking spaces to the side of the restaurant - make sure you're here early to grab one.

Q:  Do you have Wi-Fi?

A:  We do not currently have public Wi-Fi, however we are looking to get this in the near future and we will update this section when it becomes available.

Q:  Do you have disabled facilities?

A:  Our premises can be accessed from the street and the restaurant is all on one level, however please note that we do not have disabled toilets and access to the garden is via steps.  Should you wish to check individual requirements, please contact us in advance.

Q:  Do you cater for vegetarians / vegans?

A:  We have a vegetarian dish of the day (please ask on arrival or check our blackboard), but this may not be vegan, so please check in advance if you have special requirements.

Q:  Can I bring my dog?

A:  Sorry, but we do not allow pets inside the premises.  In the good weather, well behaved companions (on a lead please) can be taken into the garden area (access from St Andrews Shopping arcade).
